Lava Iris X1 Selfie smartphone comes with the 4.5 inch IPS display. It has a 5 MP selfie camera which comes loaded with the front LED flash, Improving the quality of photographs clicked under low-light conditions. Both the front & rear camera have numerous capture modes. Pictures can be clicked by making a “V” Gesture for the front camera that helps in capturing images with the victory symbol “V”. On the other hand it also promotes voice controlled photo capture methods which help in clicking pictures by saying “Capture” or “Cheese”. Further, there is the ‘Tap to Capture’ feature which ensures users to focus & click images with the single tap, Therefore removing the requirement for a second tap. The smartphone also sports the smile detection feature for both front & rear camera and offers a variety of modes such as HDR, Burst, Panorama & Image watermark. Full HD Video recording is also available on preview screen.
The smartphone has a social gallery which facilitates instant upload of the clicked images to social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and others.
The device also includes the‘Beauty-fi’ software which helps in improving the picture quality & editing the physical appearance through modes such as eye-enlargement, eye lashes colour, teeth whitening, skin smoothening, skin whitening, face boundary slimming, skin coloring & make-up between eyes and eyebrows.
The smartphone, priced at Rs 6,800 is powered by a 2000 mAh Li-Po battery & 8 GB ROM, expandable up to 32 GB.
The LAVA Iris X1 Selfie may be available in vibrant colours such as Icy white, Royal Black & Purple, across all national retail stores & multi-brand outlets pan India and online channels from early next week.
